Like the rest of the country, I'm pretty much intrigued by the phenomenon (drug?) that is Charlie Sheen right now. I mean...I can't look away. Today I decided to celebrate his antics by wearing my recently purchased tiger face tunic from NastyGal. It's a size M/L and was originally sewn up the sides, but because it was snug I decided to cut the seams. I paired it with a body con skirt and my chunky Sam Edelman boots. Winning?
Tiger Tunic-Nasty Gal/Skirt & Jacket-Forever21/Shoes-Sam Edelman/Necklace-House of Harlow
Absolutely love this! You definitely are showing the vibe of NYC and making me want to hop on a plane to go live an exciting life in the city! Definitely winning!
i love the tiger top! and the title of the post! the whole thing is crazy! i love how you did this in times square! and i loveeeee your boots! i think i love a lot of things, but its true! !
I hope it's okay that I'm copying one of these pictures to put in my anti-ED "look at these pictures whenever you feel you need to be skinny to be hot" - folder?
you deffintely got the tigerblood too, charlie sheen better watch out! haha no but you do look sooo stunning! i love the tiger tunic you paired it up super! great post! :)
Wow! You are so daring with your fashion. I wish I could take as many risks. I would probably never cut the seams of a top, but it looks great. I am going to have to start trying some things I wouldn't normally do, obviously! I especially love the necklace! Awesome. www.curvycanadian.blogspot.com
This post is very amusing to me! Charlie Sheen jokes have yet to get old to me.
Super awesome top! I'm not one to go crazy for animal shirts (like the very famous wolf-howling-at-moon ones) but this is really stylish. I think it's the really cool cut of it that gets me.
Hi...I'm a new follower...and I know this maybe way more information that you need...but I LOVE YOU! I had been really depressed about my weight lately (feeling fat, and ugly, and worthless), and I just stumbled upon your blog and fell and head over heals in love with it! It makes me so happy! You ARE fabulous! And now I feel that same way too! I was born to a family of skinny tall gals (I'm the baby and the chubbiest), two of them were models before, and I was always called "mi gordita" (my little fat girl) by my dad...even though it was with love it did some damage when i grew up. but yeah...anywho...hahah TMI! But yes, I love you! You're inspirational, and I kinda started blogging recently (JUST THIS SATURDAY), and I thought whatever I'm just gonna do it I dont care if I feel fat in some of these photos...because I too am Young, Fat, and Fabulous:) Thank you!!!!
I posted this on Raindrops on Rosy as well, but I think it's important for all of Gabi's readers to look at this too, and thank her if she's had this kind of impact on you...
I am also the youngest and the chubbiest. We're all short in my family, so no one's modelled, but I did certainly always feel like the odd one out with my two older skinny sisters. I've recently begun to love my body. I used to wear clothes that would cover everything up and try to blend in so that no one would look at me, but now I've realized that I want people to look at me and think, wow, she looks GOOD!!! Gabi was the one who inspired this change in me too, and I have a lot to thank her for. She is one of the most important pioneers of fat acceptance and a fantastic role model for young women everywhere. Gabi, if you're reading this, you should be very proud of yourself - you've actually made a very important impact on the world. It's amazing. You've given me the confidence to not only accept my body, but to love it and display with an amount of pride that I had thought impossible. I'd love for you guys to come on over and look at my blog too. We need fantastic women like you on there! The URL is www.curvycanadian.blogspot.com. I really want to know what you think of it. Thank you for being such positive and wonderful women.
