Brian Burkhardt for Kenneth Cole

I had a great time last night at the Brian Burkhardt for Kenneth Cole event! You may know Brian as the winner Project Accessory; I watched the show and he was my personal fave. He designed an exclusive unicorn collection for KC, with 100% profits going to AWEARNESS in support of amFAR. I'm personally obsessed with all the unicorn horns (I wore the bracelet), and clearly my bird print obsession hasn't gone anywhere either considering I decided to double up on it. What do you guys think about mixing prints?

Also, I'm so stoked that I was on two episodes of Andrew Mukamal's "Today's Look." In part one, I talk about my background and how I started blogging. In part 2, below, I talk about my shopping habits and fuck you attitude toward fashion rules (and tips for fashion bloggers). Make sure you check out Andrew's awesome blog!

ps-I know H&M's main range goes up to a size 16, but usually in-store I find it only goes up to size 12. But the good news is, H&M+ has launched in select stores!! The stuff is a bit more bland than the rest of their collections, but it's a start :)

  13. I'm not normally a big fan of mixing prints, but you did make this work. what helped was that A) it was the same print just different colors. and B) one was in a black/white print which is neutral and the colored print had black in it. so it all tied together well.

about time H&M got on board with the big girls. I finally got so annoyed that they didnt carry plus sizes that i refused to even by accesories there.

  14. Mixing prints can be very risky at times, but by choosing colors that compliment each other you pulled it of! You go girl! :)

  17. Looking amazing as always. I've gotten so into mixing "clashing" prints, that I haven't thought about mixing similar prints in forever. Definitely an awesome duo of bird-print garments.

  25. I love the idea of mixing prints, my only issue (and I realize this makes me way old school) is the brown with black. That always drives me bonkers.

  27. I love when stylists and designers mix prints. It is super fun to watch and look at and says a lot about the wearer's personality. However, I'm concerned that the similar size of your prints and style are a problem for this outfit. I think they're both wonderful separate pieces though.

  28. Love the print on top of print, and contrast of the color. Great look.

  36. Jordan lorsque michael jordan intégra le monde de la nba en 1984, ce ne fut pas seulement le début d'une carrière sans égal, mais aussi

le début de la série célèbre "Air Jordan" de nike. le fabricant d'articles de sport accorda toute
